 Thornby Park is a 37.3 acre park along Lakeshore Drive at Providence Boulevard in Deltona, Florida. It opened in 2011 and is located by Lake Monroe. The area was home to Native Americans and includes artifacts and an Indian midden (mound). The site is also home to native plants. The park is believed to have been the site of Fort Kingsbury, circa 1838, used during the Second Seminole War.   Pine Ridge High School is a high school located in Deltona, Florida. It was built in 1994 and is located at 926 Howland Blvd, near S.R. 415. Pine Ridge High Schools team mascot is the Panther and its colors are teal, black, and gold.
