  Carrabelle is a city in Franklin County along Floridas Panhandle in the United States. The population was 2,778 as of the 2010 census. Carrabelle is located at about 20 miles (32 km) east of Apalachicola, Florida at the mouth of the Carrabelle River on the Gulf of Mexico.
