  Chuluota /t��lo�d�/ (ch�-LO-duh) is a census-designated place and an unincorporated area in Seminole County, Florida, United States. The population was 2,483 at the 2010 Census. It is part of the Orlando�Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area. On the outskirts of Seminole County, Chuluota is known to have more of a rural atmosphere. The area is known for its swamps, and for its spanish moss.
